our Summer in Brixen Südtirol

Discover and experience from mountains to valleys

Love contrasts? That’s exactly what defines the Brixen South Tyrol holiday region, with four diverse areas ranging from towns to countryside. A place where culture and tradition feel at home - and where nature sets the pace. Following it comes naturally, whatever the season. .

Enjoy the quiet. Go with the moment. Head into the mountains or stroll through town. Sip an espresso in the sun. Spend quality time together. Be fully in the here and now

What do we love about summer? Hiking - from easy walks to demanding tours, for every mood and every day. Biking along hundreds of routes, from valley basins to high alpine pastures. Taking the cable car up high to change your perspectives. Dipping your feet into cool water. Walking barefoot through the grass. This is summer, the way it should be.

the Dolomites

The peak of perfection, right on our doorstep

The Dolomites? Simply breathtaking. Around 250 million years old, these mountains with their striking limestone and dolomite formations are among the most spectacular in the world. A UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2009 - and right on our doorstep, where the peaks reach into the Isarco Valley and countless tours begin. Especially magical at sunset, when the Enrosadira bathes the rock faces in a warm reddish glow.

our cable cars

A summer dream - head for the heights

Two sets of cable cars? Two sets of possibilities. In Gitschberg Jochtal and on the Plose, lifts take you right into the mountain world of the Isarco and Puster valleys. Whether with a stroller, with limited mobility or with your bike. At the top: easy and challenging hikes, fresh mountain air and plenty of huts to stop and relax.
